I develop private yoga sessions that are tailored to your unique routine, requirements and goals. These sessions are thoughtfully curated with attention-to-detail – offering you convenience, comfort and peace-of-mind. Depending on your requirements, private classes may include all or a combination of the following practices:
Asana (yoga postures);
Meditation;
Pranayama and breathwork;
Sound healing.

For beginners to yoga and those who may not feel comfortable practicing with others, private classes are optimal, providing the opportunity to learn and hone your technique, at a pace that suits you. I will help you grasp the basic tenets of yoga, focusing on alignment and unification of the breath, so that you can flow safely and with confidence. A private yoga class is also a chance to deepen your practice and expand your horizons.
Intermediate and advanced yogis can also benefit by progressing their practice with pre-determined goals. Your bespoke plan will incorporate the asanas that you are aiming to achieve, help you break through a plateau, invite you to explore creatively and accelerate your practice to the next level.
If physical injuries or other setbacks hinder your participation in a group practice setting, private classes are an opportunity to benefit from personalised instruction.

If you are searching for a deeper, physical, mental and philosophical practice, a personalised private class can incorporate additional mindfulness techniques and/or interwoven with yogic philosophies.
